things i need *10t pinion front belt gear (aluminum, derlin) front springs 72457 front aluminum hubs motor heat sink stock motor steering saver rear hpi diff ---- rear axel bearing (1) 3x8x3mm front gh adj ball diff belt tensioner ?losi thrust bearing 3098 gt40 bolink body Build-It-Yourself Belt Tensioner To make a belt tensioner, like the one shown here (sorry no pic), you'll need: -Micro RS4 belt-guide mount (HPI item no. 73407-6) -Two Tamiya Mini 4WD ball bearings (Tamiya item no. 15111) -One 1.5x10mm machine screw -One 2.6x8mm flat-head self-tapping screw -Three 1.5x3mm wahers -One 1.5x2mm spacer Start by measuring 11mm from the top of the right chassis post and mark the spot with a felt-tip pen. At the mark, drill a hole trough the post with a 5/64-inch drill bit. Slide a washer over the 1.5x10mm machine screw, and follow this with a ball bearing, another washer, another ball bearing, another washer, and, finally, a 1.5x2mm spacer. Thread the 1.5x10mm macine screw -- with the bearings, washers, and spacers attached -- to the belt-guide mount, and then secure the belt-guide mount to the chassis post with a 2.6x8mm flat-head self-tapping screw. Cost: $5 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I got that from page 165 of the March 2002 issue of RCCA. Hope this helps. My scanner is broken, so I couldn't get the picture from the article. Have fun.
